Support for Windows

On this page are some instructions for locating your wireless connection settings in Windows XP.

1 - Open the Wireless Connection Status window

Open the wireless network connection status window. To do this double click on the icon by the clock that looks like a computer with waves Menubar the screen below shows the current status of the network connection. If the customer is connected click support for more information.

The window should look like this below

2 - Select the 'Support' tab

In this window are two tabs. Click on the 'Support' tab.

3 - Your IP Address and Physical Address

From the support window click details to see the Physical address for this computer. This is the information we need to help you. Please make a note of the Physical Address and your IP address.
