Recently we represented Whistler at the BC Broadband Conference.

In January we were invited to speak at the Pacific North West Wireless Summit in Vancouver. Our presentation covers the deployment of the wireless mesh network in Whistler and the use of WiMAX in the field today. PNWS Speakers.

We are also pleased to be a part of WINBC The Wireless Innovation Network of BC involves over 250 BC companies spanning the wireless spectrum and generating over a billion dollars of revenue.

Building Community Networks

Over the past four years Base Technology has been building wireless networks for the community. Some of our projects include remote access for the First Nations community of Skatin and the trial network for the District of Squamish.
