Under budget 100Mbs over 63km for the CRT-EBC construction project

Base Technology designed and built five (5) new communications sites including a 150ft tower and an 80ft tower in order to deliver Internet for the CRT-EBC construction site. Our new wide area network in Pemberton has 15ms latency over 64km across 5 relay points with 99.9% reliability.

100Mbs over 63km for CRT ULHP

Our communications sites meet CSA requirements. One of these locations is actually completely off the grid running on solar power with propane backup generators for deep winter service. This site provides high speed Internet and data communications for the entire Upper Lillooet Hydro Project and construction site.

Our network management system provides the capability to start and stop the generators, monitor traffic, temperature and voltages at each site. We are pleased to offer our enterprise customers a 99.998% for critical remote industrial installations.

Our customers receive 100Mbs Internet access direct to the Internet fibre backbone across 5 towers and 63 km. 24hrs a day 365 days a year interrupted only by BC Hydro power outages in the village of Pemberton at the head end while our remote sites are still powered.
